About Me

Hi, I'm Stephen Reddy.
 

I'm a husband, a father, a friend, and a sales person who has been growing and learning in the industry for the last 13 years. Starting in door-to-door sales, then setting up booths in shopping centres, to finally finding recruitment where I have been dedicated to developing my sales skills for the last decade. Helping people grow, hit their goals, and unlock the best version of themselves is what drives me. I realised when I began training my team, not just in the traditional PowerPoint clicker way, but truly personalising each element to the individual and seeing the impact it had, that this is my calling.​

I have lived, breathed and experienced the highs and lows of a sales career. Today, I work as an Associate Director, ensuring my practice and strategies are still relevant in the market. My coaching is from lived experience, and strategies that I have witnessed working for hundreds of other individuals across dozens of industries in my career.

There is no guesswork in my coaching and mentorship. I share the exact strategies I used to build national partnerships with some of Australia's largest businesses including Meriton, Bolton Clarke, the AFL and others. Not from scripts or copy and paste strategies. Each business partnership required a tailored approach, experimentation, humility, and the courage to put myself in the right rooms at the right times.

The truth is, I felt stuck, overwhelmed, and as a result was underperforming in different stages of my career. I was overlooked for promotions, I wasn’t giving my 100% or even my authentic self to my work. I didn’t treat my work as a career, and this had a detrimental effect on my personal relationships. I felt like a failure, and I pushed people away so I couldn’t disappoint them.

What changed wasn't a single course or a single breakthrough. It was a decade of personal development, coaching, therapy, and a commitment to becoming the person I knew I could be. That journey is what motivates me to help others unlock their potential too.
