Discovery
To break through your plateau, we need to first understand what is standing in your way. Step 1 is a discovery session curated to uncover your current state, limiting beliefs, opportunities, and what success looks/feels like for you. This is the foundation block to the coaching so we will give it the attention it deserves.
Strategy
Our weekly strategy sessions will help you clarify your goal, identify high impact tasks, hold you accountable, and celebrate your wins. Our strategy will evolve with your challenges, your wins, and your focus. I will give you frameworks that you can carry with you for the rest of your career. Each week we will discuss

Supporting you executing the plan we set out together. Setting achievable tasks that are reverse engineered from your goals. I will challenge you to be productive while enjoying each task, as this is the key to sustainability. Our execution plan will be clear, no fluff, and we will review with a fine tooth comb each week.
